Return Window

You may initiate a return or exchange request within 30 days from the date you received your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Return Method and Process

All returns must be completed by mail. To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@miravonne.com with your order details. Upon approval, a return label will be provided for you to download and print.

Return Shipping Costs

We want to make your experience as smooth as possible. All return shipping costs are fully covered by us, meaning there is no cost to you.

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees for returns or exchanges at Miravonne.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment in GBP. You will also receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.

Currency

If your payment was made in a currency other than GBP, please note that your financial institution may apply its own exchange rates or additional fees, which are beyond our control.
