All purchases made through Oakvara are processed in USD.

Shipping Policy Overview

Oakvara ships orders within the United States.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-6), Monday through Friday, begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-6), on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Current shipping timeline:

  • Handling Time: 1 to 4 business days
  • Transit Time: 5 to 8 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 12 business days

Shipping costs should be clearly displayed at checkout and on the Shipping Policy page before customers complete their purchase.

Return & Refund Policy Overview

Oakvara accepts eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date the order is received.

Returned items must be in new and unused condition and include original packaging, parts, accessories, and documentation where applicable.

For approved returns, Oakvara provides a prepaid downloadable return shipping label at no cost to the customer. Customers must wait for return approval and return instructions before sending any item back.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD.

Oakvara does not charge restocking fees for approved returns or exchanges.
